Making Memories

We love to do special things with our children.
Recently, I introduced Charlotte to her first
Afternoon Tea at the O’Henry Hotel.

My mom (Gemma) was in town, and getting Tea is our little tradition.
We felt Charlotte was ready to join the fun!

The setting beautiful, and takes you back to an Old World Hotel

She was so excited.
I wish I could have captured her face right as we got to the table.
But it stayed pretty much like this above for most of our time there.

Charlotte Sipped on Raspberry Tea
With all together WAY too many sugar cubes…but who’s counting?

What special and fun memories!

This Little Llama is growing up…
It was so special to share an Afternoon Tea with her!
Many more to come!

How do you make memories with your children?
Any traditions?

  1. It looks like your daughter enjoy her tea time very much :)

  2. Oh my gosh- I love this! It's one of the few things that makes me wish I had a girl...maybe I'll have a granddaughter one day!

  3. Wow! She has amazing eyes! Sure to charm many a heart.

I just became of follower of you as well. Thanks so much for the link and tutorial to make a button. Now to find the time and patience to do it:)

I just got a Macbook Pro which I am enjoying but there is still a learning curve.

Are you by any chance going to Blissdom (blogging conf.) this February in Nashville? I'd love to meet you if you are. Take care!

  4. What a beautiful setting for tea with lovely ladies! I'm a tea girl from way back, so I can appreciate such a special outing. Nice to dress up now and again, isn't it? I know as mom I don't get many opportunities to do so!

Please share... I love to hear from readers!
